Driving Directions

FROM NASHVILLE (North and East):  Take I-40West to Exit 108 at Parkers' Crossroads; Exit right and turn left at the top of bridge on Hwy 22.  Travel south approximately 10 miles to1st traffic light (intersection of N. Broad St.and Church St.); turn right on Church St. and travel to1st traffic light at Hosptial Dr.  Hospital is on the right. 

FROM MEMPHIS (West):  Take I-40 East to Exit 93 at Law Rd; Exit right and turn right at the top of the bridge; travel a short distance to intersection with Hwy 412 and turn left (east); travel approximately 12 miles to 4th traffic light at Hospital Dr. Hospital is on the left. 

FROM THE SOUTH:  Take Hwy 22 to 2nd traffic light (intersection of S. Broad St. and Church St.); turn left on Church St. and travel to 1st traffic light at Hospital Dr.  Hospital is on the right.
