Approximately ten days after your discharge, you will receive a statement of  charges for your hospital stay.  Hospital charges will include your room charges, medications, tests, x-rays, supplies, etc.  If you have questions regarding your hospital bill, you may contact West Tennessee Central Billing Office, 37 Sandstone Circle, Jackson, TN 38308 or call (731) 660-6345. Separate billings may be received from other health providers during your hospital stay.

Emergency Room Physicians:  Please direct billing inquiries to West Tennessee Emergency Services, P. O. Box 47659, Jacksonville, FL 32247-7659 or call 1-800-268-6490.

Radiologist (X-Ray Interpretation): Please direct billing inquiries to Radiologist's billing service at 1-800-274-7777.

Pathology (Tissue/Biopsies):  Please direct billing inquiries to Medical Center Laboratory at (731) 425-5485. 

Anesthesiology (Anesthesia administered during a surgical procedure or the delivery of your baby): Please direct billing inquiries to West Tennessee Anesthesia, 36 Brentshire Square, Jackson, TN 38305, (731) 664-1717.

If you provided insurance information during your admission process, it will be available to other healthcare providers upon their request.  If you did not provide insurance information at the time of your admission, it is your responsibility to provide billing information to other providers when you receive their bill.
